Cured has brought a new restaurant concept to Manly beach. Some might say its a little more New York than Manly in appearance but the laid back elegance of the space makes it the perfect venue for a casual brunch, lunch or dinner.
The best of Manly’s bars is stowed away in the bustle of Market Lane, with the best appestisers and aperitifs on offer, just for you.
Our concept is simple whilst the execution is far from it. Cured. prides itself on the exceptional produce we deliver to our customers.
Our Salame are all produced from free range piggys and our manufacturers express their passion for authentic italian style meats in the quality and flavour of their products.
Our pickles are a collaboration project with a dear friend of Cured. Seasonal pickled things decorate our Picklery and our platters – providing new and interesting flavour combinations.
Our cheeses are a showcase of delicacies collected from around the world and perfectly paired to our different styles of meats. The hand made Burrata likes to delight with some theatre as it oozes across the platters.
Our bread is an award winning single origin sourdough from the Flinders Ranges. 10 years of food science has engineered the grains for a higher protein content and the result is a light, moist dough which matches perfectly with our meats and cheeses.
Finally, our wine list is a carefully considered selection from independent wineries around the globe. We offer full bodied reds right through to light, refreshing whites, and a rosé that is perfect for a spring brunch session. Even our beer selection is unique, with a couple of local brews as well as some exclusive Japanese beer to quench your thirst and perfectly compliment the food.
Drop by Cured. and create your own platter from our selection of 22 meats and 14 cheeses. Our staff are all passionate and knowledgeable about what they serve – come and check it out.
Cured. is now open for breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings. The menu continues the cured. ethos and creates an exciting point of difference. The Cured. Breakky Roll is sure to please, showcasing Manchego, seared Bresaola, a sous vide egg, some japanese mayo and some rocket – all wrapped up in a fresh brioche bun. Definitely worth checking it out!
